OUR PET POLICY
- Meadow Lark allows dogs and cats
- Two pets maximum per apartment home (1 cat and 1 dog, 2 cats, or 2 dogs)
- Maximum weight of 45 lbs. each
- A pet addendum is required
- American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, and Staffordshire Bull Terrier are restricted breeds and are not allowed on the property
PET FEES
- $350 (non-refundable) pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent for one pet
- $700 (non-refundable) pet fee and $60 monthly pet rent for two pets
